As a kid I loved chocolate more than my bike. Growing up, I discovered that chocolate is more than just a dessert so I decided to become a pastry chef. At first, this wasn’t an easy task. Pursuing the world of  pastry led me to explore the chemistry of baking, the science of mixing our carefully selected ingredients and their chemical reactions. My pillars of success are creativity, a playful and colorful imagination and “dedication”

The funny thing is… I am colorblind!
